What Covid-19 restrictions do you have?
 

As a relatively small store, we generally only have a maximum of 6 people in at any time. However this said, we have put in place a few new processes to ensure we abide by the Government guidelines and that our customers and staff remain as safe as possible.

1 - Hygeine station

We have a small stand at the entrance to the store with tissues, hand sanitiser available for customers to use. There will also be gloves and masks should you wish to use them. 

2 - Social distancing

We are only allowing a maximum of 2 people to be in the store at the same time.

3 - Fitting room

All unwanted items that are tried on will be removed from the customer and hung in our store room for 72 hours, as per current Government guidelines, before going back out onto the rails on the shop floor.

4 - Store hygeine

Cleanling regimes will be increased, and the store will be swept and disinfected on a regular basis throughout the day.

 
 
 
How do I track my order?
 

This depends on the size of your order and which delivery service it is being sent with. You will receive tracking information if there is any in your order confirmation/dispatch confirmation emails.

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Once you have had your order confirmation, there will be tracking information available, however in the first instance please contact us via the email address within your order confirmation..

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We currently do not offer International shipping, however we will be considering this as an option in the near future.

What are your delivery options?
 

We use Royal mail frequently, and offer free standard delivery (3 - 5 days) within 10 miles of St. Neots PE19 2AR. We will be adding more delivery options over the coming months.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If you wish to return items,please notify us by email within 5 working days of receipt (or 14 days if purchased online), and return the product with 14 days of receipt (or 30 days if purchased online). Please note Sale of goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. More information can be found within our Terms and Conditions.
